GF Cinnamon Raison French Toast
4 slices GF toast (I used Rudi’s GF Cinnamon Raison)
3 organic eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
Heat up coconut oil in pan on medium heat.
Whisk eggs and cinnamon in a deep dish that will be good for dunking the toast.
Dunk and let the toast absorb the egg on both sides then place on the pan. Cook for approximately 4mins on each side or until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh fruit and load up with maple syrup.
