GF Chocolate Bundt Cake

The Goods:

½ cup and 1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1 ½ cup gluten free flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup espresso cooled
½ cup almond milk
2 eggs, whisked
1 tsp vanilla extract

The Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
In bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add coffee, milk, remaining coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Pour into bundt pan.
Bake until a toothpick comes out almost dry, about 35mins. Cool for 10mins then flip onto plate and cool another 10mins before serving.
