Tart au Sucre "sans Sucre" aka Maple Syrup Pie

-a tradition in my husband’s French Canadian family

-1 x 9” pie

-approx 1hr

The Goods:

Pie crust (I used Wholly gluten free – bought frozen)

2 eggs

1 ¾ cups maple syrup…. the real stuff

½ cup almond milk

1 heaping tbsp gluten-free flour (can use any flour)

A bit of love

The Steps:

Take pie shell out of freezer and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together all ingredients and pour into pie shell.

Bake for 50 mins or until set with a jello consistency.

Remove and let cool.
