Over Night Oats

The Goods:

½ cup of gluten free oats

½ cup almond milk

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp of nut butter

¼ cup blueberries(frozen or fresh)

½ banana

A bit of love

The Steps:

Put all ingredients except the banana in a mason jar and stir.

Close the jar and store in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take out of the fridge, slice in the banana, stir and voila! #yumaste

*Can be warmed up in the microwave for 1-2mins if you prefer a warm breakfast
