I would love to take credit for them, but I can't. I can't cook or bake to save my life, so I got to know someone who does... #wifey
GF Maple Bundt Cake
2 cups almond flour
2 cups GF flour (Pamela’s)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup maple syrup (the real stuff)
1 tsp vanilla extract
a bit of love
Preheat your oven to 350deg. Use paper towel and grease a bundt cake pan with coconut oil.
Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and in another bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, syrup, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into bundt pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until toothpick/fork comes out clean/dry.
Let cool for 30 minutes before turning upside-down onto a dish. Let cool another 10-15 minutes.
*If your coconut oil is solid melt first in bowl before adding other wet ingredients to i
